Guess ‘The Bear’ chef is not only busy in the kitchen and keeping the Chicago restaurant afloat.
The year 2024 is definitely turning ‘hot’ for The Bear actor, Jeremy Allen White. Not only was he able to bag the Best Actor in a Television Series (Musical or Comedy) for the second time around in the 2024 Golden Globes, but he’s also making headlines now as he took center stage in Calvin Klein’s new Spring 2024 campaign—his debut for the iconic brand.
Set against the iconic skyline of New York City, Jeremy stripped down to his boxers for the global fashion brand’s photoshoot. Known to celebrate limitless self-expression through minimalist and sensual aesthetics, The Bear’s Carmy reveals what’s underneath his staple dirty white shirt and chef’s apron.
‘The Bear’ Actor Jeremy Allen White for Calvin Klein’s Spring 2023 Campaign
Released on the first week of January, Jeremy Allen White broke the internet in a series of photos released for the Calvin Klein underwear ad. Lensed by Mert Alas, the new campaign features the Emmy-nominated actor in his hometown.
Donned in the reimagined classic designs of Calvin Klein, the collection highlights Intense Power, Micro Stretch, and Micro Mesh styles, complemented by Modern Cotton and Cotton Stretch underwear. In this campaign, the 32-year-old actor is depicted strolling through the streets of New York, ascending the stairs of a building, and ultimately appearing on the rooftop. There, he gracefully disrobes to his boxers, engaging in various exercises before leisurely reclining on a rooftop sofa.
In an interview discussing his role as the newest face for the brand, Jeremy Allen White expressed his disbelief at the notable accomplishment. “I grew up in the city walking down Houston, seeing the famous Calvin billboard. I’ve always found the campaigns really timeless and elegant, but I didn’t ever see myself in one.â€
With 18 years in the entertainment industry—appearing in numerous acclaimed film and television productions—the multi-awarded actor is best recognized for his pivotal roles in the enduring dark comedy series Shameless, which spanned 11 seasons, as well as his current portrayal in the kitchen-set comedy-drama, The Bear, on Disney+. He has also starred alongside Zac Efron in the critically acclaimed biographical sports drama The Iron Claw.
