Sharing is caring!

This is how you welcome the Lunar New Year—with a blazing statement.

New Year, new trend to set. If you want to welcome the Year of the Dragon with a bang, then get ready to slay with adidas’ latest drop. Featuring the brand-new SS24 Originals Key City Tee designed in collaboration with Erika Tay (@erikartoon), you are definitely in for a style adventure like never before.

This limited-edition tee not only pays homage to the dragon, a symbol of strength and good fortune in the Chinese zodiac, but it also fuses a unique artistic flair that blends cultural richness with modern design.

Dragon Key City Tee is Now Available in Singapore!

Amidst the hustle and bustle of this digital era, it’s good to be reminded of the cultural threads that connect us. For this release, the Singaporean artist, who also designed the brand’s FW23 Performance Key City Tee “Ultraboost by the Bay” in August 2023, breathes new life into the dragon character by taking inspiration from the beloved local childhood icon—the Dragon Playground.

Paying homage to one of Singapore’s oldest recreation areas for kids, the shirt ingeniously illustrates the dragon with mosaic tiles for its head, donning the sleek adidas Originals gear, shoes, and accessories. As shared by the creative genius behind the shirt: “The Dragon Playground at Ang Mo Kio, in particular, has held many cherished memories of my childhood spent at my grandparents’ house. Those memories have sparked my inspiration to bring the Dragon character to life.”

Aside from the Dragon Key City Tee, now available for only S$69, adidas has also released a limited edition adidas Red Packets exclusive for adiClub members. For members who get to spend a minimum of S$88 at adidas stores, the adidas app, and online at adidas.com.sg, they will receive a set of eight adidas Red Packets.

Embark on a year filled with energy, strength, and unique fashion style, and grab your Dragon Key City Tee now! You may check adidas Brand Centre Orchard, adidas Suntec City, adidas Marina Bay Sands, adidas VivoCity Performance (L1), adidas VivoCity Originals (B1), adidas Bugis+, adidas Bugis Junction, adidas ION Orchard, adidas Jewel, or adidas Changi Terminal 1.
