Succession, The Last of Us, The White Lotus, and Ted Lasso lead with over 20 nominations each.
Talent and excellence take center stage once again as the Emmy Awards 2023 reveal the television shows with the finest achievements this year. Announced last Wednesday, the 75th Emmy Awards revealed a surprising list—except for Succession, which has continued its triumphant streak, amassing accolades that come as no surprise anymore.
Five actors of Asian descent have been nominated in their respective acting categories, including Ali Wong and Steven Yuen of the Netflix dark comedy series Beef. In an exciting turn of events, the captivating Apple TV+ commercial featuring the talented Timothée Chalamet secured a well-deserved nomination at the 2023 Emmy Awards. Additionally, the gripping and unnerving series Dahmer garnered significant recognition, earning multiple nods, including a notable mention for Niecy Nash-Betts and Richard Jenkins, who delivered exceptional performances and are vying for the esteemed title of Best Supporting Actors in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie.
