Sharing is caring!

Famed for its Japanese-style croissant, the Singapore outlet is set to open this August.

Who doesn’t love croissants? That buttery goodness and flaky delight pair perfectly with a cup of coffee, turning any morning ritual into a moment of pure bliss. Whether plain or filled with chocolate, cheese, or ham, croissants offer a versatile and satisfying experience that’s hard to resist.

Well, here’s some good news for you: the popular Taiwanese bakery Hazukido is slated to open its first store in Singapore in the basement of Ngee Ann City. This means you can get to savor their renowned croissants, known for their delicate, golden-brown crust and rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture, right in the heart of the city.

Here’s What We Know So Far About the Opening of Hazukido Bakery

While the traditional French croissant has long been a favorite among Singaporeans, Hazukido’s unique take on this classic pastry has garnered fans worldwide, from Canada to Hong Kong, Macau, and Malaysia. This year, the famous Taiwanese bakery is set to delight Singaporeans as it opens a new outlet in the basement of Takashimaya.

Despite its Japanese-sounding name, Hazukido was actually founded in Taiwan. Known for its Japanese-style pastries, the bakery follows the Japanese culinary Shokunin spirit, using only the finest ingredients, like Japanese Centenary flour and European premium Elle & Vire butter. Each croissant is baked fresh on-site daily to ensure top-notch quality and freshness.

With 20 unique flavor selections to choose from, as featured on their website, Singaporeans are surely in for a treat. Some iconic flavors include Seaweed Meat Floss Croissant, Durian Custard Croissant, Queen Crab with Truffle Cream Sauce Croissant, Salted Egg Yolk Croissant, Earl Grey Bubble Croissant, Honey Apple Croissant, Taro and Pudding Croissant, Hazelnut Chocolate Croissant, Caramel Pudding Croissant, and Brown Sugar Mochi Croissant.

For those who frequent Malaysia, Hazukido might already be a familiar name, as it has had an outlet there since 2019. Now, with Hazukido opening its doors in Singapore, croissant lovers can indulge in these flaky, heavenly delights without needing to hop on a plane.

Are you ready to elevate your pastry game and experience a new level of croissant perfection? Get ready for the arrival of Hazukido’s famed croissants! Stay tuned for more details.
