Here are some of the programs that you can join:
- Wellness Experience Space

This includes the Active Arena, which features an obstacle course that requires balancing on the slackline and swinging across the course. There’s also the AMSR Wonderland, where you can create relaxing sounds by simply interacting with floating cubes of textured materials.
The venue also houses the reimagined “urban jungle†of the Mirror Scent Trail, Sound Bath Jamming, Masterclass Greenhouse, and Wellness F&B Zone, where food and drinks are available for purchase. Note that all programs are free of charge in this Wellness Experience Change; hence, don’t hesitate to tag along your friends and family members to experience all the aforementioned activities.
With over 300,000 visitors every day going in and through the renowned airport—with an assortment of dining establishments, retail stores, and lifestyle destinations—Changi also takes part in the three-week Wellness Festival by hosting a variety of fitness classes, including barre, Zumba, and rhythm cycling. If you want to go all in, you can even opt to go rock climbing!
But if you prefer a more low-impact fitness activity, you may also go with yoga, sign up for wellness workshops and health talks, or immerse yourself in forest bathing at Jewel Changi’s Canopy Park.
- Zentosa LiveWELL Fest 2023
Yes, Singapore’s premier island resort also offers a wide range of activities, games, food, and art activities suited for visitors of all ages. Aside from yoga, silent kickboxing, and barre, you can also sign up for a ticketed 5km Discover Walk with Korean mixed martial artist and judoka Choo Sung-hoon.
If you want to indulge in a mental and emotional exploration, feel free to go on a transformative walk through the tunnels of Fort Siloso, which features art and poetry created by Singapore’s homegrown talents. Moreover, for a healthier overall experience, restaurants in the resort will be serving healthier food options throughout the duration of the festival.
Nobody knows your situation better than you. So, why not create your own personalized 50mL Eau De Parfum scent with Oo La Lab? The event offers 27 iconic fragrance notes and seven new limited-edition notes that you can freely experiment with.
Strategically situated at Delta House on Alexandra Road, you will be guided by mixologists throughout the 90-minute immersive workshop, wherein you can further support your wellness and empowerment through smelling.
If you think fitness is for the young, you’ve thought it all wrong. In this fitness workshop, national athlete Lim Yao Xiang, who has represented Singapore in swimming, water polo, and fin swimming, will inspire you through his experiences, ideas, and philosophy that have helped him solidify his 30-year career as a professional athlete.
Happening on June 18 at the GRITYARD Fitness Studio, the workshop aims to help those who are approaching 40 and beyond better understand their bodies and identify ways to stay strong and sharp while aging gracefully.
Another unique and immersive wellness activity that you can consider joining is the Return to Self-activity at the SAINOUSPACE. Designed to take you on a journey to self-discovery and introspection, featured artist Melanie Gooi invites you to engage with the installations on a deeper level—allowing your thoughts to explore, experience, provoke, and hopefully inspire reflection.
Immerse yourself in a realm of storytelling, art, scents, and sounds that foster a genuine connection with yourself. Experience Melanie’s calming perspective, delve into your thoughts and emotions, and forge deep connections with others—for this celebrates the power of art and storytelling, offering a truly human experience.
