Panerai maintains a high standard in celebrating significant milestones. Together with the reopening of the flagship boutique located at ION Orchard mall in Singapore is the release of their limited edition Luminor GMT watch that pays tribute to the symbols and colors of Singapore.

The Panerai Luminor GMT ION Special is the first limited edition dedicated to the ION flagship boutique. It features an AISI 316L steel case with a satin finish and polished steel bezel. One of the highlights and noticeable identity of the new release is the presence of the dominant color of the Singapore national flag, Red.
The accent color is placed on the small second’s hand at 9 o’clock, the hand indicating home time. The crown is covered in an advanced rubberized coating. The color is also applied to the second strap in Caoutchouc, the first use of the color in Panerai’s history.

What made it more remarkable is the incorporation of Singapore’s national symbol. A “Singapore” engraving appears on the lever of the crown-protecting bridge, as well as the case back, the majority of which is taken up by a lion head. The Lion Head is a distinctive National Symbol of Singapore, and it symbolizes three national values: courage, excellence, and strength.
The Caliber P.9010/GMT powers the dual-time watch. This in-house, self-winding movement possesses a three-day power reserve, a 300m water resistance, and an independently adjustable hour hand to allow for easy time zone adjustments.
The exclusive Panerai Luminor GMT ION Special Edition — 44mm (PAM01177) is only available at the new ION Orchard flagship boutique where it was conceived, at the retail price of S$13,850.
