Sharing is caring!

Here’s some good news for all you fans of Super Mario, Animal Crossing, The Legend of Zelda, Splatoon, and other beloved Nintendo franchises.

Looks like Christmas arrived a bit early for Nintendo fans and gamers! The multinational video gaming giant has some exciting news to share—they’re opening their very first pop-up store in Southeast Asia at Jewel Changi Airport starting on November 17 and running all the way until January 2024.

Get ready to score some awesome Japan-exclusive merchandise at the pop-up store! Located on Level 4 of the mall, the shop is packed with products inspired by Nintendo’s most beloved franchises like Super Mario, Animal Crossing, Splatoon, Pikmin, and The Legend of Zelda. What’s even cooler is that all of these goodies used to be exclusive to the Nintendo Tokyo, Nintendo Shop, and Nintendo Kyoto stores in Japan. Now you can grab them right here in Singapore!

Nintendo Opens First Southeast Asian Pop-Up Store at Jewel Changi Airport

Nintendo has always been renowned worldwide for its iconic games and franchises. However, when it comes to their merchandise, it hasn’t been so easy to find, especially in Southeast Asia. For fans and hardcore gamers alike, it has always been difficult to secure items from their favorite Nintendo franchises outside of Japan. Until now, if you wanted to get your hands on original Nintendo merchandise, you’d likely have to book a flight to one of their stores in Tokyo, Osaka, or Kyoto.

But now, this pop-up event is set to be a game-changer! As announced on their website, this upcoming pop-up store is going to showcase merchandise from games that were previously exclusive to Japan. Hence, get ready to feast your eyes on items like a Super Mario dining set, Nintendo clothing, Splatoon towels, Animal Crossing pots, kettles, food scales, and various other merchandise that will be revealed as the date gets closer. It’s going to be a treasure trove!

And as if that’s not enough, those who spend $80 and above in a single transaction at the pop-up store in Singapore will receive one of the six limited-edition Singapore Special Postcards with landscapes of the country’s famous tourist spots while stocks last! Players can also check in to their Nintendo accounts at the store to collect special stickers using the unique QR code displayed onsite.

Coinciding with the limited-time Nintendo Pop-Up Store, a Super Mario “PIPE AROUND THE WORLD” collaboration campaign will also take place at Jewel Changi Airport. While specific details will be shared at a later date, this exciting treat is bound to take the experience to the next level!

Don’t miss the fun and adventure—see you at Jewel Changi Airport!
