After a string of cryptic teasers, Lady Gaga has finally revealed she’s dropping Harlequin, a 13-song album accompanying the Joker: Folie à Deux soundtrack. Mark your calendars because it’s coming on September 27.

But that’s not all—the American singer-songwriter has been teasing a pop comeback with a lead single from her highly anticipated LG7 album, which is also dropping in October. That means we’ll hear two sides of Lady Gaga back-to-back: one in full Joker mode, and the other serving up her signature pop vibes. Honestly, we’re not ready—but we are totally here for it!

Inspired by her role as the reimagined Harleen “Lee” Quinzel—better known as Harley Quinn—in the upcoming Joker sequel, Lady Gaga’s Harlequin album features 13 tracks and drops a week before Joker: Folie à Deux hits theaters. The A Star is Born actress stars alongside Joaquin Phoenix, who returns as the Joker after his award-winning performance in the first film, which was loosely based on DC Comics characters.

To note, Joker swept major awards, from the Academy to BAFTA, SAG, Golden Globes, and Critics’ Choice, and now the sequel is coming with an exciting twist—Lady Gaga. Director Todd Phillips recently revealed that Gaga’s take on Harley Quinn will be more grounded than fans are used to. He explained, “The high voice, that accent, the gum-chewing and all that sort of sassy stuff that’s in the comics, we stripped that away. We wanted her to fit into this world of Gotham that we created from the first movie.” Oh, and did we mention it’s a musical sequel?
