KFC Singapore just leveled up the Lunar New Year vibes with the ultimate kawaii collab! Partnering with Japan’s beloved mofusand, they’re bringing exclusive kitty-themed merch and your favorite Cereal Chicken back to the menu. Foodies and cat lovers, this one’s for you.

What’s the Hype About?

If you’re not already obsessed with mofusand, here’s the deal: these fluffy “mofu” cats, created by Japanese illustrator Juno, are basically the internet’s favorite felines. Known for their quirky costumes and adorable antics, they’ve taken Asia by storm, and now they’re adding their charm to KFC’s Lunar New Year lineup.

KFC Marketing Director Jaslyn Lam says it best: “Cats symbolize luck and prosperity in Asian culture, making mofusand the ideal partner for this season of joy and fortune.” Think red packets featuring lion-dancing kitties and plushies inspired by iconic KFC items like the Bucket and Egg Tart.
