This is your sign to grab a refreshing pint of beer. Head to the Central Business District now!
Until December 4 this year, Singapore’s first craft beer truck, Pink Blossoms Brewing will be in the CBD Area to bring a wide range of local brews. The truck is now operational and customers who want to chill after a day’s work can chug down Pink Blossom’s signature brews.
If you are in the area, be on the lookout for a black truck with pink neon lights and enjoy the cold brew that they offer. You can choose from their selection of flagship craft beers, including Lean on Me for $7.9 for 8oz, $14.9 for 16oz, and crowd-favorite Hundred Years for only $7.9 for 8oz, $14.9 for 16oz. Lean on Me is a New England pale ale that soothes citrus and stone fruit aroma while Hundred Years is a full-bodied milk stout with shots of espresso and chocolate flavors. If you want a taste of Indian pale ale, you can also try Don’t Stop Believing.
On some occasions, there are seasonal beers on rotation, like the Happy Together – a strong fruit ale that is brewed with lots of watermelons to create a dry and mildly bitter mouthful sip that is offered for some variety.
Pink Blossoms Brewing’s mobile taproom opens from 4 pm to 9:30 pm on weekdays and 12 pm to 9:30 on every weekend. Every Monday and Wednesday, the beer truck stations at Capital Tower. On Tuesday and Thursday, it will be at the Ocean Financial Center. And starting Friday until Sunday, it stays at the Promontory @ Marina Bay.
Get to Know Your Beer Truck: Quick Look at Pink Blossoms Brewing
Mesmerized by the creativity of American craft beer, the founder and brewer of Pink Blossoms Brewing, Teo Hong Han, built his dream brewery from scratch in 2018 and began pouring the first pint of beer to the public in August 2018. Now, on their fourth anniversary, the local brewers are bringing the refreshing flavors of their beer to the office crowd of Singapore.
“Brewing our beers in Singapore reduces the time the beers spend on sea. This helps us preserve delicate flavors which are sometimes lost over time. As locals, we understand the nuances of Singaporeans’ palates and have applied that understanding to the brewing of our beers.”
Thirsty? Maybe it’s time to visit CBD. Don’t forget to look for the black truck with pink lights!
