Where to eat in Singapore? Check out the restaurants that made it to the prestigious list.
When it comes to food, Singapore has endless options to explore. This week, Michelin unveiled its full list of starred restaurants for 2024, a highly anticipated event for foodies and restaurateurs.
The excitement was heightened when Bib Gourmand released a teaser a week prior, revealing 11 new hawker stalls and restaurants added to the Bib Gourmand lineup. This year, one restaurant ascended to two Michelin stars, four earned their first star, and another was honored with a Michelin Green Star for its commitment to sustainability.
Here are the Restaurants that Made it to the Michelin Guide Singapore 2024 List
A total of 51 establishments in Singapore received the coveted Michelin Stars this year. Highlights include the now two-star restaurant Meta, known for its Korean flavors and modern aesthetics, led by chef Sun Kim. New entrants like Araya, by chef-owners Francisco Araya and Fernanda Guerrero, Chaleur with its French-Japanese fusion, Matera helmed by chef Bjoern Alexander, and Pangium by chef-owner Malcolm Lee (joining his other restaurant, Candlenut) have made the list.
While there are no new winners in the three Michelin-star categories, still occupied by Les Amis, Odette, and Zen, a notable highlight is the Michelin Green Star awarded to the modern Malay restaurant Fiz. Helmed by chef-owner Hafizzul Hashim, Fiz has been recognized for its exceptional efforts in sustainability, joining Seroja as the second Michelin Green Star in Singapore.
