Sharing is caring!

Sabrina Carpenter, the multi-talented artist and pop sensation, has just released her highly anticipated new album Short n’ Sweet, and it’s already making waves across the music scene. Released today via Island Records, the album showcases Sabrina’s exceptional vocals, sharp songwriting, and knack for crafting tracks that are both relatable and refreshingly honest. With a collection of 12 carefully penned songs, Short n’ Sweet is poised to be one of the standout albums of 2024, marking the culmination of a historic year for the pop superstar.

A New Milestone in Sabrina’s Career

Teaming up with acclaimed songwriters like Amy Allen, Julia Michaels, and GRAMMY-Award-winning producer Jack Antonoff, Sabrina Carpenter has created what many are calling her most personal album yet. Short n’ Sweet is a blend of emotional depth and catchy melodies, making it a diverse yet cohesive piece of work. Reflecting on the album, Sabrina shared, “Every track on this album is a piece of my story, a reflection of where I’ve been and where I’m going.”

The album’s success is already being felt worldwide. Sabrina made history as the first female artist to simultaneously top the Billboard Global 200 and Global Ex-US charts with two different songs: “Espresso” and “Please Please Please.” The latter, a collaboration with Jack Antonoff and Amy Allen, also became her first #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The momentum doesn’t stop there; “Espresso” skyrocketed to become the third fastest song to reach 1 billion streams on Spotify, further solidifying Sabrina’s status as a pop powerhouse.

Sabrina’s Unstoppable Rise

As if her musical achievements weren’t enough, Sabrina Carpenter has also proven herself to be a cultural icon. She recently starred in an official 2024 NBC Olympics commercial and is gearing up for the North American leg of her Short n’ Sweet Tour, which kicks off on September 23rd. The 33-date arena tour, which sold out almost instantly, will take Sabrina across the US and Canada, with stops in major cities like New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto. The tour will also feature special guests Amaarae, Griff, and Declan McKenna. Notably, Sabrina has partnered with PLUS1 to launch the Sabrina Carpenter Fund, aiming to support mental health initiatives, animal welfare, and LGBTQ+ causes.

With Short n’ Sweet, Sabrina Carpenter has not only delivered an album packed with hits but has also solidified her place in pop music history. Whether you’re a long-time fan or just discovering her music, this album is a must-listen.
