This sauce is no ordinary creation. It draws inspiration from Jumbo’s award-winning chilli crab recipe. McDonald’s and Jumbo Seafood dedicated a full year to R&D, working through more than 50 iterations. Jumbo’s CEO, Mr. Ang Kiam Meng, even personally taste-tested the blend to perfect it. They devised a clever solution for the traditional egg: fluffy scrambled egg now sits directly on the burger. This offers both richness and ideal mouthfeel. It’s truly “chilli crab sauce, like never before.”
Choose from two main stars. The Chilli Crab Sauce Prawn Burger features a crispy prawn patty topped with scrambled egg and that signature sweet, spicy, tangy chilli crab sauce. You can even double up on the patties if you’re extra hungry. The celebration doesn’t stop with the main course. McDonald’s has rolled out a full, limited-time SG60 menu that’s packed with local favorites. You can indulge in the new Kampung Drumlets, which are juicy chicken drumlets marinated in a fragrant blend of chili, turmeric, and ginger.
For dessert, the Pulut Hitam Pie is back, stuffed with black glutinous rice and coconut cream. You can also cool off with the returning Chendol Soft Serve or the rich, classic Iced Dinosaur.
