“We wanted Bettr Coffee @ The Foundry to be more than just a place to grab coffee—it’s a space where good vibes and good values collide,” says Pamela Chng, Founder and CEO of Bettr Group. “From our direct-trade relationships with farmers in Asia and Latin America to turning spent coffee grounds into cocktails, we’re proving that small shifts can create real impact.”
And the drinks? Absolute next-level. Bettr’s menu includes Prefer, a bean-free decaf alternative made from upcycled bread, soy, and barley—because sustainability should taste amazing. Plus, award-winning drinks like Black & Cola, a fusion of organic Madagascan cola and Bettr’s signature Eureka blend, and the crowd-favorite Coconut Russian.
A Cafe That’s Here to Shake Things Up
Beyond coffee, Bettr Coffee @ The Foundry is redefining what a cafe experience can be. The cocktail menu reinvents classics—like the Bettr Old Fashioned, which swaps out traditional ingredients for fat-washed spent coffee grounds and ecoSPIRITS whisky. Meanwhile, the Gin & Teanic takes botanical goodness up a notch with sous vide-infused lemongrass and rooibos tea.
Even the wines get a conscious upgrade. Expect natural wines made with minimal intervention, from bright, fruit-forward Sauvignon Blancs to creamy Chardonnays, all sourced from winemakers who care about the planet.
Sustainability is in the cafe’s DNA, from ecoSPIRITS low-waste packaging to sourcing fresh ingredients straight from their backyard herb garden. “We’re not here to preach about sustainability,” says Pamela. “But we are here to show how easy—and delicious—it can be to make small changes that add up.”
