Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board, has unveiled an exciting culinary partnership with award-winning Chef Andrew Walsh at Cure in Singapore. This collaboration brings the richness of Irish cuisine to Singapore’s vibrant food scene.

Starting July 30th, diners can experience a special menu at Cure, featuring premium Irish seafood, duck, and cheese. This menu, crafted by Chef Andrew Walsh, will be paired with an exclusive selection of Irish cocktails, offering a unique dining experience that highlights the best of Irish culinary heritage.

Celebrating Irish Gastronomy

Throughout August, Bord Bia aims to introduce Singaporeans to the exquisite taste and exceptional quality of Irish ingredients. “We are thrilled to collaborate with Chef Andrew Walsh and Cure to showcase the finest of Irish produce and the rich culinary heritage of Ireland to Singapore and the Southeast Asian region,” said Lisa Phelan, Southeast Asia Director for Bord Bia.

This partnership is not just about high-quality and sustainable Irish food products; it’s an opportunity to engage the global community with Irish cuisine and spirits. The menu features sustainable seafood from the cold, clear Atlantic waters, and premium duck from Silver Hill Duck, known for its commitment to sustainability and served by numerous top restaurants worldwide.

Elevating Irish Classics

Guests at Cure can look forward to a curated blend of new Irish cuisine, Nua, and innovative cocktail pairings by Ridz Salim, Cure’s Operations Manager. The campaign aims to inspire more Singaporeans to explore Irish products, combining culinary excellence with sustainability through the Origin Green programme, Ireland’s pioneering food and drink sustainability initiative.

Chef Andrew Walsh shared his excitement about the collaboration, “We have enjoyed access to the finest ingredients from Ireland, allowing us to showcase their high standards and unique flavors. Our goal is to create a memorable dining experience that brings something new to the table with the richness and sustainability of Irish food and spirits.”
