The extended version of the film comes with three additional songs!

Swifties worldwide are reveling in an early Christmas gift as Taylor Swift joyously announces the forthcoming digital online release of the highly anticipated The Eras Tour film. The blockbuster concert extravaganza is set to captivate fans and music enthusiasts alike as it takes center stage in the digital realm, promising an immersive and enchanting experience with an additional three songs that were not included in the theatrical release.

Scheduled for streaming on December 13—a date of special significance as it coincides with the Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter’s birthday—the release adds an extra layer of celebration to the occasion. With this digital spectacle, Taylor Swift not only treats her devoted fan base to a visual journey through her iconic eras but also bestows upon them a unique and heartfelt present, making this December a truly magical month for Swifties around the world.

Here’s What We Know So Far About the Online Release of The Eras Tour Film

Following its record-breaking theatrical release last month, Taylor Swift has officially announced that The Eras Tour will be available for streaming on her birthday, December 13. Fans will now have the opportunity to enjoy the film from the comfort of their homes, and this extended version comes with an exciting addition: the inclusion of tracks such as Wildest Dreams, The Archer, and Long Live.

In her official social media account, the Cruel Summer singer posted: “Well, so, basically, I have a birthday coming up, and I was thinking a fun way to celebrate the year we’ve had together would be to make The Eras Tour Concert Film available for you to watch at home! Very happy to be able to tell you that the extended version of the film including “Wildest Dreams,” “The Archer” and “Long Live” will be available to rent on demand in the US, Canada & additional countries to be announced soon, starting on… you guessed it, December 13.”

This special announcement came after Taylor Swift’s final performance of her tour for 2023 in Brazil. While fans were hoping for an album reveal—aka Reputation (Taylor’s Version)—she came up with a better way to surprise her fans by bringing the concert film into the comfort of their homes over the holidays.

As seen on her website, the services that may provide streaming services for The Eras Concert film may include Apple TV, Vudu, Prime Video, Xfinity, Google Play, and YouTube. With tours resuming on February 7 in Tokyo Dome, Japan, this gives fans like you the flexibility to choose your preferred platform to enjoy the highly anticipated concert film.

The digital release of The Eras Concert Tour film is the perfect interim treat, especially for Singaporean fans who are getting all excited to attend the shows in person this coming March 2024.
