Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert’s groundbreaking sci-fi hit accumulated a total of 11 nods in the Best Picture Category, with individual honors for the lead actors, Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Stephanie Hsu.

After months of predictions and conspiracies, the long wait has finally come to an end. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has finally revealed the nominees for the 2023 Oscars Awards. As announced by actors Allison Williams (M3GAN) and Riz Ahmed (Sound of Metal), the 95th Academy Awards will be live-streamed from the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in California.

This year’s nominations included award-winning gems like Everything, Everywhere, All at Once, Tar, and The Fabelmans, as well as much-anticipated blockbusters like Top Gun: Maverick and Avatar: The Way of Water. Netflix’s highly-acclaimed drama, All Quiet on the Western Front, which received 14 BAFTA nominations, also made it to the list, together with the tragicomedy The Banshees of Inisherin.
